MyTikStats is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok or ByteDance Ltd.
MyTikStats accesses TikTok account data exclusively through TikTok's official API. By using our service, you authorize MyTikStats to:
MyTikStats will never post content, send messages, follow or unfollow accounts, or perform any action on your TikTok account beyond reading the data you have authorized. Your TikTok login credentials are never stored on our servers; authentication is handled entirely by TikTok.

All content, design, code, and materials on the MyTikStats platform are the intellectual property of MyTikStats and its licensors. TikTok data retrieved through the API remains the property of TikTok and its users as defined by TikTok's own terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from MyTikStats's own platform materials without express written consent.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. MyTikStats does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the data retrieved from TikTok will be accurate or complete. Accuracy of analytics data depends on TikTok's API and may be subject to delays or discrepancies beyond our control.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MyTikStats shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
MyTikStats reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service immediately ceases. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us at the address below.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Indonesia.
